Year group giving
Year group giving is another way in which Old Edwardians can support the Assisted Places Fund.
A group of OEs from the Class of 1951 have funded an Assisted Place through their collective donations and it is hoped that the upcoming reunion in October for those who left in 1971, 1981 and 1991 will encourage further year group giving.
See below the amount that these four year groups have raised for the Assisted Places Fund so far:

| 1971 | £ 3,000 per year (1/3 of a place) |
| 1981 | £ 5,000 per year (1/2 of a place) |
| 1991 | £ 7,000 per year (3/4 of a place) |
