Donor Reception 2011

Before this year's Summer Concert on 10th May 2011, the Development & OEA Office held a drinks reception for all donors who supported the Assisted Places Fund in 2010.  Donors were then invited to attend the Summer Concert after the reception.

Report

Over 100 Old Edwardians and their partners visited the top floor of Symphony Hall for drinks and canapes before this year's Summer Concert kicked off.  They were joined by John Claughton, Chief Master, who spoke for a few minutes about the importance of the Assisted Places Fund and thanked them all for supporting such a worthwhile cause.  After reminiscing with each other about their time at school, the group then made their way downstairs to watch yet another fantastic performance by the boys and girls at King Edward's School and King Edward's High School.
