Meet the 2017 Student Calling team
25 April 2017
Each summer, a team of current King Edward’s boys work on behalf of the Trust as Student Callers. The Student Callers phone Old Edwardians in order to update them on school news, to get feedback on our publications and events, and to seek support for the Assisted Places Campaign.
Since 2010, 59 boys have worked as Student Callers and in total they have spoken to over 2,500 OEs during previous telephone campaigns. Many of these OEs have chosen to support the Trust, with over £1.4 million having been donated over the phone.
This #nationaltelephoneday, we’re pleased to share this photo of our 2017 Student Calling team – made up of current Divisions and Sixths – who will be calling OEs over the summer. We’re delighted that these young men have come forward to support the Trust, and we look forward to working with them in order to launch the next phase of our fundraising.
